Paton Developments were appointed by the Village Urban Resorts to be the lead contractor in the refurbishment programme for a number of hotels across the UK.
The programme included full bedroom, leisure and Front of house refurbishments. Paton seamlessly ran the refit throughout the occupied hotels ensuring little or no disruption to the guests and staff. Paton transformed, on average, 150 rooms every three weeks to include the manufacture and installation of bespoke shower panels, full FF&E, doors, case goods and beds for over 2500 Bedrooms, 80 Conference & Meeting Rooms, 16 Leisure Clubs, 14 Receptions, 10 Changing Rooms. Since this Paton have continued with the new build fit outs and further refurbishments across the 29 strong Hotel chain.
